Responsibilities: Customer Care II Problem Solving

• Managing Incoming Calls And Customer Service Inquiries
• Provide Information About Products And Services, Take/Cancel Orders, And Record Details Of Complaints
• Keep Records Of Customer Interactions And Transactions, Details Of Enquiries, Complaints, And Comments, As Well As Actions Taken
• Candidate good into english Language

Work from Office
Qualification: Any Graduate with min 1yr exp.
Candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English (Versant Level 4)
5.5 Days working
Rotational Shifts : (8 am - 8 pm) /9 hrs 40 min
1 Rotational Off
Work from Office
CTC : Upto 25,000/- per month*
Quarterly Bonus: 3,744
No. Of requirements: 100

Experience 1 - 6 Years
Salary 2 Lac To 3 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
Industry Front Office / Reception / Computer Operator / Assistant
