Job Description

We are having openings in Front Office / Receptionists in various corporate office and reputed star category hotels in Bareilly & Agra location(UP).
Candidates are required to apply along with recent colour passport size (softcopy) photograph.
For faster process & screening interview candidates are requested to visit our office immediately. CVs without photograph will not be considered .
JOB Profile:
Handling customer queries,
Attending inbound telephone calls. Knowledge of Hotel Industry will be an added advantage.
Handling despatch of documents.
Ensures completion of paperwork, Check-in & Check-out procedures (for Hotel openings only).
Supplies information to callers relays messages & assist visitors.
Requires strong communication skills.Comfortable working in Shift (for Hotels only)
Eligibility Criteria:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel management/ Hospitality sector (for Hotel industry)
Graduation
Strong Computing skill
Proficient in Hindi, English.
Good Looking,
Pleasing personality
Smart & Career oriented.
Sincere , responsible & self motivated
Ability to do hard work
