Roles and Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing of Equipments including Avionics, Radars, Communication Equipments and Marine Equipments.
Strong ability to understand and analyze Market Dynamics, User Requirement, confidence with respect to equipments procurement and procedure to achieve Business objectives and ensure Profitability.
Strong liaison with defense services, defense PSU’s and Para Military
Awareness of technological changes and new product launches.
Thorough knowledge of defense industry and procurement procedure.
Degree qualified in Avionics, Electronics or Mechanical engineering.
Experience of minimum 3+ years working with avionics.
Should have good networking
Should have knowledge of Approvals such as CEMILAC, DGAQA etc.
The job profile includes exploration of opportunities, networking with Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, Indian Army, MOD,HAL ,BEL,ECIL and various DRDO labs for business development.
Managing existing customer-vendor accounts, Drafting Business plan and projections based on marketing intelligence reports, enhancement of product awareness and brand name in Indian Air Force, India Navy, Indian Army and Ministry of Defense.
Techno- commercial bid preparation based on competitor analysis, post order and post delivery follow up for dues and payments.
