Would be responsible for supervising and maintain the adequate staffing levels in the company canteens and guest house.
-Would be responsible for guests hospitality during the company indoor and outdoor events.
-Would be responsible for handling the food and beverage operations of the company.
-Planning the event layout, catering, layout for food, menu selection and ensuring best food servicing to the guests.
-Reservation of hotels, tickets and cab arrangements.
-Managing and maintain the daily staffing rosters.
Preferred Candidate profile:
-Candidate with graduate degree in hotel management with 3-4 years of experience into Food and beverage section would be preferable.
-Must be proficient into writing mails and reporting through computer.
